Buffalo Trace Bar Collage
Let there be no confusion: I am wild about this bar.
One of the stipulations of my marriage to Lucy Points is that I get to bartend for a reasonable period of time at our wedding. More specifically, I get to bartend in this bar. I mean—just look at it!

A word to the weird--
Mick as far as I'm concerned you are easily the best bartender ever, semi pro division. However great the idea, I'd be wary of promising to bartend yrr own wedding. Seems to me you might be a bit busy doing something else--like being the groom for instance.
Don't laugh. A groom has a lot to do. Yes it's a great idea & I'd more than relish the pleasure of ordering a drink or 12 from you. I'm just sayin'---you might wannna publish a preemptive disclaimer or something just in case you end up needing to cut the cake or kiss some aunties instead.
Trust me on this one, Homes.

JT:
Please pay attention to the critical phrase in my post: "reasonable period of time." This is the key to my bartending at my own wedding!

OK I get it. The "reasonable period of time" clause IS the preemptive disclaimer.
Yet I'm a purist & enjoyed my previous Mick-as-Barkeep experience so well that I will demand you mix me drinks in plural on that blessed Eve. -- even if I have to personally drag you away from cake duty.
You have been warned.

Make sure you have some beverages for those of us who are 'expecting.'
=) Water will be fine and juice too. You gotta mix me something, damnit, it's not fair.
